Terms and Conditions

  • GST and any prevalant taxes extra.
  • If pantry is used then extra charges of Rs.1500/-+GST extra apply, payments to be made at the time of booking.
  • Only preparation of tea/coffee and snacks allowed in Pantry. Tandoor strictly not allowed .
  • Washing & cleaning of food utensils is not permitted, disposal of waste and left-over food by caterer is not permitted.
  • For rooftop booking, pantry usage subject to availability.
  • If generator runs, diesel charges extra on actuals.
  • The Lift, Generator & A/C are under maintenance contract by third party. Any breakdown in these equipment during your function will be attended to by the AMC provider. This may take time. The management cannot be held responsible for the same.
  • A/C ‘s will be switched off during Homam time.
  • Homa-Kundam should be placed only in the designated spot on the stage and nowhere else.
  • For individual halls , bookings will be taken only 15 days in advance.
  • Booking confirmation against 100% advance.
  • Payment by cheques subject to realization.
  • No refund.
  • Please do not give tips to any staff.
  • Extensions allowed only against full advance payment and availability.
  • Cash to be paid at office only and receipts dully collected.
  • We are not responsible for any of the valuable belongings of the customer or any loss thereof.
  • The cost of any damage to property will be recovered from customers.
  • Loud Speakers will not be allowed.
  • Wall posters not allowed.
  • Decoration for a function day can be done only during office hours on the previous day and should finish within the same.
  • If there is a function on the perivous day then decoration should be done in the one hour window prior to the function.
  • Fixing nails or any other items by drilling, scratching or pasting into the hall structure is strictly prohibited.
  • Entrance Door Decoration a Stand should be provided.
  • No event after 10 P.M.
  • Non-veg / alcohol are not allowed in the premises.
  • Event date postponement allowed only once, that too within six months at current prevailing rates.
  • No pets allowed.
  • The tariff Includes : Electricity, Maintenance, Air conditioning, Cleaning, Chairs & Tables.
  • Tea, Coffee, Juice, Snacks not allowed inside the party hall.
  • Car park can accomodate upto 10 small cars.Valet parking arrangements may be made by customer.
  • Abhishekam only allowed in ground floor in parking area.
  • Use of disposable plastic or paper products not allowed. Non compliance will attract penalty of Rs.10,000/-, as per G.O.
  • It is caterers responsibility to remove food waste (for ex. Banana leaves, paper roll, water cups).
  • Decoration timings should be fixed in advance and should be adhered to failing which a penalty of Rs.1000/- will be charged from Customer / Decorator.
  • A refundable deposit Rs.1000/- for decoration & Rs.500/- for catering will be collected before the event.
