Terms and Conditions

Payments :

  1. Booking confirmation only against 100% advance.
  2. Payment by cheques subject to realization.
  3. GST and any prevalant taxes extra.
  4. No Refunds.
  5. Pantry charges to be paid at the time of booking.
  6. Extra hours shall be paid in advance on the day of the event.
  7. Cash to be paid at office only and receipts duly collected.
  8. Decoration charges before/after office hours – Weekdays Rs.750/- & Weekend Rs.1500/- .
  9. Refundable Deposit Rs. 1500/- for Approved decorators & Rs.1500/- for Approved caterers should be paid 10 days before event.
  10. Refundable Deposit Rs. 5000/- for decorators & Rs.5000/- for caterers , who are not on the approved list should be paid 10 days before event.
  11. Extensions allowed only against full advance payment and availability .
  12. Event date postponement allowed only once, that too within six months at current prevailing rates.
  13. The tariff Includes : Maintenance, Air-conditioning, Cleaning, Chairs & Tables., but excludes electricity, water and garbage.
  14. Decoration timings should be fixed in advance and should be adhered to failing which a penalty of Rs.1000/- will be charged from Customer / Decorator.

General :

  1. Only preparation of tea/coffee and snacks allowed in Pantry. Tandoor strictly not allowed.
  2. Washing & cleaning of food utensils is not permitted,disposal of waste and left-over food by cateter is not permitted.
  3. For rooftop booking, pantry usage subject to availability.
  4. The Lift,Generator & Air-conditioning are under maintanance contract by third party. Any breakdown in these equipment during your function will be attended to by the AMC Provider.This may take time. The management cannot be held responsible for the same.
  5. Air-conditioning will be swichted off during Homam time.
  6. Homa-Kundam should be placed only in the designated spot on the stage and nowhere else.
  7. For INDIVIDUAL HALLS , bookings will be taken only 15 days in advance.
  8. Please DO NOT give tips to any staff.
  9. Wall posters not allowed.
  10. Decoration for a function day can be done only during office hours on the previous day and should finish within the same.
  11. If there is a function in the second half of the day then decoration should be done in the one hour window prior to the function.
  12. Fixing nails or any other items by drilling, scratching or pasting on the walls is strictly prohibited.
  13. A stand should be provided for the entrance door decoration.
  14. No events after 10 P.M.
  15. Non-veg / Alcohol/Smoking / Panparag / PETS are NOT ALLOWED in the premises.
  16. ABHISHEKAM only allowed in the car parking area.
  17. TEA. COFFEE, JUICE, SNACKS not allowed inside the hall.
  18. It is the caterers’ responsibility to remove all food waste for ex. Banana leaves, paper roll, water cups etc.

Own Risk :

  1. We are not responsible for any of the valuable belongings of the customer or any loss thereof.
  2. The cost of any damage to the property, caused by customers, customer guests, caterers or decorator will be recovered from customers. ( Including chairs, tables, lights, glass, Air-conditioning, fan, toilets and others ).
  3. Loud speakers will not be allowed. Any penalty by authorities to be borne by customer.
  4. Car park can accomodate upto 10 small cars.Valet parking arrangements may be made by customer at their own risk.
  5. Use of disposable plastic or paper products strictly NOT allowed . Non compliance will attract a penalty of Rs.10,000/- as per G.O.
